He started his career at Prot Consulting as a Field Sales Officer before moving to FedEx – Red Star Express PLC as a Customer Service Supervisor. Over time, he advanced to the position of Head of Business at Red Star Support Services, a subsidiary of Red Star Express Plc (FedEx), where he led a team responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by designing and implementing strategic sales plans.
With over 14 years of experience, he is skilled in revenue generation, sales, operations, business expansion, and logistics management across diverse sectors.
Omotayo holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Master of Diplomacy and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos. He has completed executive management training programs from Skillsoft Corporation, Work Force Group, and MIT, and was also a member of the Red Star Academy training faculty.
